I opened lots of wax packs as a kid, hoping to find insert cards. Here’s the best Nolan Ryan cards that came out of those wrappers.
Lots of inserts came out of wax packs in the 1990s. A Canseco Elite card was not one of the ones that entered my collection, but these cards were.

A production run of 10,000 cards is not considered scarce, except when you’re talking about the earliest Donruss Elite cards. Why are these seemingly so hard to find compared to later sets with the same print run?
