I grew tired of the less than clear player infographics on my site. Time to build something better.
I have all but sworn off going to most card shows. Not expecting much, I made a last minute decision to pop into one of the smallest of small card shows, an affair with only about a dozen dealers set up. Less than half an hour later I had walked out once again believing something might be found at even the most unassuming venue.
Lots of card collecting stuff happened in the first quarter of 2024. I’m confident that I will not be able to top the latest additions for at least a year.
Three packages arrived from three states in a period of four days. One came from a former AL MVP.
Continued progress on vintage set building projects, the arrival of packages from COMC and another collector, and a new online project. Also, I think eBay and I just broke up.
I added 18 cards to the collection over the last three months and discovered Immaculate Grid.
I had a disappointing time at my state’s largest card show until I found some delicious food next door and a fantastic Carl Hubbell card.
